Recently, many clients enter into copper industry, and don't know how to buy the copper wire drawing machine.

A. You don't need copper conductor bigger than 0.4mm.

Following is the answer:

1)Copper rod breakdown machine without annealing, draw 8mm copper to 3mm.

2) Intermediate wire drawing machine without annealing, draw 3mm copper wire to 1mm

3) Fine wire drawing machine with online annealing, draw copper wire from 1.0mm to 0.1-0.4mm

B. If you need to copper conductor from 0.4-1.6mm, just add annealing machine in intermediate wire drawing machine

C. If you need copper counductor bigger than 2mm, copper rod breakdown machine should add annealing.

In a word, no need annealing copper wire each step, just need to anneal wire in last step.

Tips, if you have large capacity in copper conductor from 0.1-0.4mm, we don't advice you buy fine copper wire drawing machine with online annealing, it's more economic to buy fine wire drawing machine without annealing, and apply annealing furnace annealing one time.
