Working principle:
the machine is double heads wrapping and transmitted by A.C.motor wirh belt.the wrapping bobbin can rotate to the left direction through synchronous belt transmission.the core wire is wrapped second time through haul-off and two wrapping's positive inversion rotation in order to reach the purpose of duble times wrapping.rotate speed of haul-off can be changed by adjusting continuous variable speed transmission to meet the demand of different lay of lapping.the wrapping machine with single head,double head,three head can be produced according to customer's requirement.
