Working principle:
The machine is a double-head wrapping machine and is driven by an A.C. motor with a belt. The wrapping bobbin can rotate in the left direction through synchronous belt transmission. The core wire is wrapped a second time through haul-off and two wrapings' positive inversion rotation in order to reach the purpose of double wrapping. The rotation speed of haul-off can be changed by adjusting the continuous variable speed transmission to meet the demand of different lay of lapping. The wrapping machine with a single head, double head, or three heads can be produced according to the customer's requirements.
