Applying to all kinds of low-consumption wire extrusion, coax cable, communication cable, and transmission cable. such as IEEE 1394, CAT5, CAT6, DVI, ATA, UL29919 Foam wire.

Applying to material: FM-PE,PE.
Quality standard: industrial standard.
Foaming percentage: imported high-pressure nitrogen injection system;(MAX):82%;low-pressure nitrogen injection system;(MAX):75%.
Quality control: outer diameter test$capacitance detector, control the diameter and foaming during the whole process.
Crosshead: special physical foaming crosshead.
Electrical control: inverter with touch screen.
Selective: high-pressure nitrogen injection system or low-pressure nitrogen injection system.
