The 400 brass wire medium-speed large wire drawing machine is a wire drawing equipment specifically for brass wires. It is marked by a wire drawing drum diameter of 400mm, and is suitable for the continuous drawing of brass wires with an incoming wire diameter of Φ3.5-6.5mm and an outgoing wire diameter of Φ0.8-3.0mm.

Description:

1).High-precision ground gear transmission is adopted.

2).PLC + touch screen human-machine interface, with closed-loop control of wire drawing tension and take-up speed, automatic shutdown when the wire breaks, reducing waste and improving yield.

3).The pay-off, wire drawing, cooling, and take-up modules are independent, supporting quick replacement of dies and reels.
