It realizes the continuous whole process of "pay-off → wire drawing → annealing → cooling → take-up", supports simultaneous processing of two wires, and the wire outgoing speed can reach 1800m/min, which significantly shortens the production cycle.A PLC+HMI synchronous control system is adopted, with closed-loop linkage of wire drawing tension, annealing temperature and take-up speed.
